AMINO-VIT Injectable
DESCRIPTION
Injectable Solution.
Source of Amino Acids, Electrolytes, and B-Complex Vitamins.
Indications:
To be administered as an immediate source of amino acids, dextrose, B-complex vitamins, and electrolytes in weakened animals or those subjected to intense efforts, stress, dehydration-induced shocks, and as supportive therapy in acute diarrhea, vomiting, electrolyte and protein losses.
Dosage:
Adult animals: 1 ml per kg of body weight.
Dogs and cats: 1 – 2 ml per kg of body weight according to breed, age, and professional judgment.
Administered at the recommended doses and method, it has a wide safety margin with no toxic effects.
Composition:
Each 100 ml contains: Dextrose 5 g, Calcium Chloride 15 mg, Potassium Chloride 20 mg, Magnesium Sulfate 27.3 mg, Sodium Acetate 150 mg, L-Histidine 1 mg, L-Methionine 1 mg, DL-Tryptophan 1 mg, L-Cysteine 1 mg, L-Threonine 2 mg, DL-Isoleucine 2 mg, DL-Phenylalanine 3 mg, DL-Valine 5 mg, L-Lysine 3 mg, L-Leucine 4 mg, Vitamin B2 11 mg, Vitamin B12 10 ug, Sodium L-Glutamate 4 mg, Nicotinamide 225 mg, Vitamin B6 20 mg, Vitamin B1 20 mg, L-Arginine 2.4 mg.

Administration:
Slow intravenous, intraperitoneal, or intramuscular administration. Subcutaneous in all species except horses, where the exclusive route of administration is slow intravenous.
For veterinary use only.
Warnings:
Rapid intravenous application may cause dizziness and nausea in the animal. If this occurs, suspend the administration until the animal recovers, then administer slowly.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
Keep out of reach of children.
